Quinne Brown Huffman and Jessica Cole will co-lead this workshop offering writing and neuro art exercises. You’ll bounce between generating text and images to bypass overthinking and access our individual and community spirit.
Neuro art is a simple doodling and drawing practice that helps soothe the nervous system while encouraging new neural pathways to form, supporting flexibility, creativity, and fresh ways of thinking.
